Refund and Returns Policy

OUD AL DUJA accepts return requests within 3 working days of delivery.

• Items may be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and remain in their original sealed packaging with all tags, samples, booklets, and accompanying items included.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will arrange the return and offer either a replacement or refund.
• Returns that are incomplete, damaged after delivery, altered, opened, or show signs of use will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
• Returned items must be sent from the same country to which the original order was delivered.
• Return shipping charges will not apply where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under this policy.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
