At the moment, OUD AL DUJA does not offer custom fragrance creation. Each perfume is carefully crafted as a complete scent experience, designed to reflect our signature identity, elegance, and long-lasting impression.
The longevity of a fragrance depends on various factors such as your skin type and environmental conditions. On average, OUD AL DUJA perfumes last for 6-8 hours, with some scents lasting even longer. We use high-quality ingredients to ensure our perfumes have excellent staying power.

At the moment, OUD AL DUJA ships within our available service regions only. International shipping is not currently offered, as we focus on ensuring every order is delivered with the care, quality, and attention our customers expect.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status and estimated delivery time on the courier’s website.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the UAE take 2–3 business days for standard shipping.

Order & Returns
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your preferred fragrance, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you will enter your shipping information and payment details. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
We hope you love your OUD AL DUJA fragrance! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The fragrance must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with returns.
